The HTF-JDW series includes eight valve configurations for cryogenic and industrial gas service: needle valves (JDW1-CH, JDW1-F), angle pattern globe valves (JDW2-CHT), needle valve angle types (JDW-YB, JDW2-CH), vacuum-jacketed cryogenic globe valves (JDW-L), liquid level gauge main valves (JDW-Y), and excess flow valves (JDW-E). The cryogenic models feature an extended bonnet design that positions the packing and actuator above the insulation line, preventing stem frosting and packing freeze-up in cryogenic service. Manufactured from austenitic stainless steels with specialized low-temperature testing, these valves are suitable for LNG (-260°F), liquid nitrogen (-320°F), liquid oxygen, and other cryogenic fluids. Nominal pressures range from 4.0MPa to 40MPa across the series.
